That is up to you. By default we connect to what you already have and nothing about your systems changes. If a package no longer suits you, we build that function into the platform to fit and the subscription can go.
What does private by default mean?
Your public case is anonymised. Your business data stays in the agreed systems, with access, rules and approvals we set up together.
Can I cancel?
Yes, the subscription is cancellable monthly. The guarantee covers the first paid month within the agreed scope.
