Before founding Aegentic, Gijs studied company law and psychology and served as a full-time military officer in a tech-focused role in the Air Force. He started programming and building software in 2020, which eventually led him here. He still goes to the gym every day.

Your own operating system for your business. We start with the systems you already use, such as your CRM, inbox, calendar, documents and accounting, and tighten the processes between them. On top of that run automations that take over recurring work: processing conversations, updating records, preparing follow-up and building overviews. Where a package keeps falling short, we rebuild those functions in your own platform, and better than they were. What is left of that package after that is your call.
You are waiting on your vendor for features you need now. You have shaped the way you work around your software instead of the other way round. Your business runs on several systems that do not talk to each other. And work sits still until someone moves it along by hand.
That is up to you. By default we connect to what you already have and nothing about your systems changes. If a package no longer suits you, we build that function into the platform to fit and the subscription can go. At one roofing company, two subscriptions were cancelled this way.
For every automation we agree together what the platform may do on its own and where a person has to approve. Actions that affect customers, money or appointments go past you or a designated colleague first by default. Everything the platform does is recorded in a log: what it received, which data it consulted and which action it proposed or carried out. That way you can review every step. If your way of working changes, we adjust the rules to match.
We design the system around the requirements that apply to your business, not around one standard setup. If your situation calls for an ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 environment, we run on a party like Nebul. If you need SOC 2 for the workflow layer, n8n. Hosting goes where you want it, within the EU or on your own infrastructure. GDPR-compliant with a data processing agreement, and your data never trains a model. Access, logs and approval moments are set up to meet the EU AI Act.
Your data stays yours. You never lose it, and you can export all of it at any moment, both what you provided yourself and everything the platform has created. Running on your own infrastructure is an option too: if your situation calls for it, we deploy the platform on servers you manage.
Depending on complexity it starts from €2,400 per month excluding VAT. Discovery, the assessment and your first working automation cost you nothing; you only start paying once something is running. After that you are buying ongoing capacity to change your software: build, integrations, hosting, maintenance and support are included in the monthly fee. Cancellable monthly, and if you are still not satisfied, you get your money back, unconditionally.
